Your preferences let you shape the platform to match the way you naturally work. From the language the interface speaks to how many search results appear on screen, every option in the Preferences section is designed to reduce friction and surface the information you need more quickly. You can revisit and adjust these settings at any time without affecting your workspace data or your teammates’ experiences.

Language & Region

Regional settings control how the platform displays text, dates, times, and calendar weeks throughout the interface.

Display Language

Go to Settings → Preferences → Language and select your preferred language from the dropdown. The interface reloads automatically and displays in the selected language immediately.

Date & Time Format

Choose between formats such as MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, or YYYY-MM-DD under Settings → Preferences → Date Format. Time can be displayed in 12-hour or 24-hour notation.

Timezone

Set your local timezone under Settings → Preferences → Timezone. All timestamps in activity feeds, audit logs, and scheduled exports will reflect this setting.

First Day of Week

Choose whether your calendar and date-picker components treat Sunday or Monday as the start of the week under Settings → Preferences → First Day of Week.

Theme

The platform supports light mode, dark mode, and a system-default option that follows your operating system’s appearance setting.
Light mode uses a white and off-white canvas with dark text. It is optimized for bright environments and high-ambient-light workspaces. To enable it, go to Settings → Preferences → Appearance and select Light.
Your theme preference is stored in your account and applies consistently across all browsers and devices where you are signed in, overriding any local browser dark-mode setting.

Default Search Behavior

These settings govern how the platform presents results every time you run a search, so you can tune the experience to match how you typically look for information.
Choose whether search results are ranked by Relevance (the platform’s scoring of how closely a result matches your query) or by Date (most recently modified or created first). You can override this on any individual search, but the setting determines the starting state. Find it at Settings → Preferences → Search → Default Sort.
Select how many results appear on each page of a search: 10, 25, or 50. Higher values reduce the need to paginate but increase page load time for searches with many results. Adjust this at Settings → Preferences → Search → Results Per Page.
Safe Search filters out results that the platform’s content classifier flags as potentially sensitive. Toggle this on or off at Settings → Preferences → Search → Safe Search depending on the nature of your workspace content.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard layout settings let you decide what appears front-and-center when you open the platform and how densely information is displayed.
1

Pin Items

On any record, report, or saved search, click the Pin icon (📌) to add it to your dashboard’s pinned section. Pinned items appear at the top of your dashboard for quick access.
2

Choose a Density

Go to Settings → Preferences → Layout → Density and choose between Comfortable (larger spacing, easier scanning) and Compact (more rows visible without scrolling).
3

Toggle the Sidebar

You can hide the navigation sidebar to gain more horizontal space by going to Settings → Preferences → Layout → Sidebar and selecting Hidden. You can always reveal it again by hovering over the left edge of the screen or toggling the setting back.

Email Digest

The email digest sends a summary of workspace activity directly to your inbox so you stay informed even when you are not actively logged in.

Daily Digest

Receive a morning summary each weekday covering new records, comments, and changes from the previous day.

Weekly Digest

Receive a single weekly roundup every Monday covering all activity from the prior week — ideal if you prefer less email.

Disabled

Turn off digest emails entirely at Settings → Preferences → Notifications → Email Digest if you prefer to check activity only when you log in.
To change your digest frequency, go to Settings → Preferences → Notifications → Email Digest and select your preferred cadence from the dropdown, then click Save.
All preferences are per-user and are scoped to your individual account. Changes you make here have no effect on how the platform appears or behaves for other members of your team.
